WHO WE ARE

Michael Esposito

Mr. Esposito has been in charge of development activities with DelVal Realty Group since its inception in January 2015. Prior to that he served in the same capacity with Develcom Funding where he has built an interchange on the PA Turnpike, managed redevelopment of a $50 million class A office building and oversaw the environmental remediation of three municipal landfills. Mr. Esposito has built in excess of 1 million square feet of commercial space.

John Contrevo

Mr. Contrevo has been the Managing Member of DelVal Realty Group since its inception in January 2015. Prior to that he served as COO / CFO of Develcom Funding since March 2008, where he over saw the financial management and operational policy making functions.  Mr. Contrevo’s primary focus with DelVal Realty is guiding the strategic direction of the organization to meet the short, mid and long term goals as agreed upon by the Partners. In addition, he over sees the finances and contract negotiations for each transaction the company enters into.

Ed Esposito

Mr. Esposito has been the Director of Field Construction Operations for DelVal Realty Group since its inception in January 2015. Prior to this he was in the same capacity for Develcom Funding since 2010. While at Develcom he oversaw the rehabilitation of the Pier 98 Annex for GLOVIS, including the construction of a new car wash, rehabilitation of the processing building and the grading and paving of over 40 acres. Mr. Esposito has a wide background in construction including building more than 4,000 homes as a Construction manager and in excess of 1 million square feet of commercial space.
